As a business customer our monthly contracts give you complete peace of mind that your being supported as and when you need help. Here is a list of just some of benefits of our support contracts:
Emergency support – We offer telephone support Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 8pm for emergency issues and if it’s something we can’t correct remotely we will be on site to help as soon as possible.
Server Response – If your server is down we will be onsite the same day in order to get things up and running.
Monthly support visit – Once a month we will visit you on site to complete any scheduled work or deal with any IT issues you may be having that can’t be resolved remotely.
Unlimited telephone and email support – Whatever the problem may be we will return all phone calls within one hour and respond to all email enquiries within 6 hours.
Remote monitoring support service – We can support and monitor critical business equipment remotely, this can include servers, routers, pc’s and laptops.
Rolling monthly payments – Support is offered on a monthly basis allowing you to upgrade your package as your requirements and business needs change.
Out of hours support – We understand that your systems need to be up and running 24/7 so we are happy to offer out of hours support when required at a reasonable additional cost.
